If she 'clearly' wanted to kiss you, she would have kissed you.

This was a bit of a miscalibration on your side. She didn't want to kiss you. At least not yet.

And here is what you did wrong: After she said 'no', you kept pushing for a kiss. And when she didn't permit you to kiss her on the lips, you asked her permission to kiss her on the cheek. She didn't allow that either.

Then you leaned in and started kissing her arm? You basically did ANYTHING to kiss her in any way possible.

And you kept on doing this for a while, until you let her go.

From a general perspective, this was a very creepy and desperate move.

Work on the calibration next time. For example, if you look seductively into a girls eyes and she doesn't break eyecontact with you, smiles, and looks seductively back at you - she's ready to be kissed.

If she does ANYTHING else, such as break eyecontact, start laughing, or breaking the tension in any way possible (this DEFINITELY includes her saying 'no' before you've even done anything) - she does not want to be kissed.

Pushing for a kiss (whether it be on the lips, the cheeks or even her arm) - will only make things worse and make you come off as extremely desperate.

I have to disagree....
for this one fact i think you overlooked..
"SHE WAS BLUSHING THE WHOLE TIME" Im talking tomato red giggling and all....

And the blushing got more intense when I kissed her arm.

THUS explaining my continuous pushing for the kiss.

I agree with panda 300% bro..

Asking for permission to do anything to a female is a strict no no.

She was in complete control calling the shots and left you with a kiss on the arm o.0??

Blush or not that was creepy..

Maybe you found a keeper who doesn't mind being begged for intimacy.. Wife it :)

God I STRONGLY disagree.

I regret posting this now, I usually take ppls opinions on here and consider them, but not this time. She calls me "Mr. Make Me Blush" like wtf?
how can it be creepy if she's freaking blushing and giggling the whole time?

when you puckered your lips and sat there,

you were asking her to make a move,

asking her to kiss you,

nonverbally,

but still "asking",

here is what happened,

your "pucker" was playful, yet not playful, she decided to consider it playful,

once she said "No! No!" (she was playing),

instead of escalating, you asked "why?",

then once you persisted,

she had no choice but to persist as well with the "playing" (or saying "no"),

or risk feeling very awkward,

the move didn't work,

it was too cutesy and playful.

Dude, I agree with everyone but you... Creepy.

Why post on a forum if when you get feedback you aren't strong enough to at least accept it?

Clearly you have a problem, it didn't go as according to plan which is why you are asking for advice... these guys offer up a plausible explanation and you completely shut it down. Which makes me believe you really probably did exactly what they say you did.

+1

Kids, when sexually molested, get aroused and even wet(girls) with red blotting(ie blushing), which cause a lot of confusion when in therapy because they wonder if they wanted it.

...her blushing has little to do with what she ACTUALLY wanted in that case...I would say she clearly gave you the "No" more than once! I blush when i am embarrassed and uncomfortable...lol

Since you are putting so much emphasis on blushing, lets talk about blushing a little bit.

Blushing is a physiological reaction to an emotional stimulus. It is caused by the capillary beds of the cheeks and forehead dialating due to an emotional event.

The problem is it is caused by a wide variety of emotion events. That event could be anger, embarassment, awkwardness, selfconsciousness, sadness etc etc etc.

She could have been embarassed, she could have been pissed off. She may have felt awkward or selfconscious etc etc.

It was a physiological reaction to a stimulus. Let me put it this way, if you and I had been hanging out all day and we were alone in the car and I started coming on to you and trying to kiss you. YOU WOULD PROBABLY BLUSH!!!

If you were to blush when a 47 year old man comes on to you, would it mean that you were attracted to me and wanting to make out with me???????????

Get over the blushing. It most likely did not mean what you thought it meant.

I agree with Mack. BTW MACK, same girl.....maybe that should clear things up, as to y i "asked"

As for all this other bashing thats going on

NO Im not a self centered doosh bag. Its just frustrating because yall dont fully understand, Mack got it IMO and he didnt even know wat girl I was talking about. But in the end tho, I do believe I was being a doosh bag (to the girl) even tho I was being playful, I expected a serious reaction to protect myself from getting rejected....... I do this oh tooo much. I just tell myself "oh i was just playing anyway" and when it works, it just boost my ego "HAAA I WAS JUST PLAYING AND STILL GOT SOME!" gotta work on myself with that, is a AFC habit I never broke from HS.

So there over. Sorry guys. I just had an epiphany.

i figured it was.

it was a stumble, they happen. i won't jump on the dogpile of calling you creepy. i can't say what is or isn't creepy without being somewhere to see it. besides if you have some rapport built with the girl that totally changes everything.

all i know is that i don't think this was as major of a blowout as you might think or as everybody else thinks.

i think it was a case of "playing" gone wrong.

when we play as guys, we give the girl no choice but to play back...

guy plays/says: "kiss me" (pucker face)

girl plays: "NO!" (smiling, blushing)

guy keeps trying

girl is unsure where play stops and serious starts, so she keeps "playing"

guy and girl have awkward moment in which an arm is kissed, lol.

it happens to the best of us...

shit, never ask me about the time i told a stripper i loved her after a one night stand! (total AFC back then). haha! god, that pained me just writing it.

hahahahaha.

Yeah man I feel you man. I have done way worse, but I was really young and dumb back then...... Like I was that guy that alll the girls thought was cute, but GOT NO PUSSY, cause I was either INCREDIBLY LAME, or Played TOOOO damn much... so Yeah I wish I knew about this shit back in High School.

But I see what I did to spark all the blushing and giggling. I was being too cute and funny. I'm real baby faced and I can make this face that makes girls smile and giggle, and I did it multiple times during this situation...... Usually works, but she's immune to it apparently..

Let's assume she actually was blushing in the way that said 'OH GOD KISS ME NOW'.

Alright, so there she is. Sitting next to you, waiting to be kissed. And since she's blushing and giggling - she must really want it!

OK, so now you're about to make your move. You look her in the eyes and prepare to go in for the kill. She keeps blushing. All of a sudden . . .

Girl: "Nooo!!!"

She never even gave you a chance to move in.

Mack says it's because you did it with a overly playful frame and not because she did not want to get kissed in the first place. Of course you liked that reply, it suits your ego the best.

So this is basically what's being said: This girl went from 'OH MY GOD KISS ME NOW' to 'NO', because you were being playful about it? Being playful changes a girl's mind instantly and she doesn't wanna be kissed anymore?

I think that Mack would have had a valid point, if you moved in for the kiss, she playfully rejected you, but on the second move you were fully making out.

But in this case, she didn't even want to give you a chance to make that move. She knew what you were gonna do, and she stopped you before you even initiated the move.

That wasn't a blush in the way you think it was. You perceive things the way you want to percieve them rather for looking at it from different angles trying to find out what the case MOST LIKELY was - and working on it from there.

^This is the only way you can improve. Keeping your perception ego-friendly and protective will only bring you down.

Solution for next time: For everyone; The Mysterys Kiss Close.
Any slight sign of her blushing or licking her lips means I need to kiss close and heres what I use:
Why you licking your lips do you wana kiss me? Her answer will always be 1 of the three.
1.No
2.Yes
3.Maybe/not here.

For a no, you say "I didnt say you could" This maintains your high status.
For a yes, you reach in and kiss her. And dont start sticking your tougue down straightaway! Its a DLV.
For a maybe, you still reach in and kiss her. Not here means people looking or someone who knows her in the vacinity. Change locations and go for it WITHOUT ASKING THE QUESTION THIS TIME.
Guys I have been using this for over a year now and it cuts all the crap and embarrasment.
Good Luck.
