What age do you think pick up should be used at or incorporated? I'm just wondering because I started young and lots of this stuff has changed my life and the way I think

IMHO 15-16, i am 21 years old.

I think an average guy will figure out most basics (grooming, how to dress, how to talk to women, how to physically escalate with a girl, etc) by themselves around 15-21 without any contact with the pua scene at all. Afterall we've literally been doing it for millions of years, it's how the species manages to continue.

But in terms of formalising it, learning terminology, understanding why certain behaviours work and have worked in the past, developing your inner game, i.e. the actual pua scene itself. I think after 21, say mid-20s to late 20s is the right time to get into it.

I think by that point as a man you've had enough life experience and are mature enough to figure out what your strengths and weaknesses are, appreciate the techniques and understand why when you hooked up or didn't with girls in the past exactly why it worked or didn't work, think a bit more about some of the deeper stuff as well, etc.

Id say 15+ also but it really depends on the kids maturity level more than anything. Age doesn't necessarily mean much and i don't think there should a rule of age. If a someone is mature enough to *honestly* make his own decisions without influence of parents, peers or especially gurus.

The best time to learn the game in my opinion is 18 years of age...or immediately after losing your virginity. whichever comes first lol

as said before, depends on maturity. if you're willing to sit down and work out your strengths and weaknesses and ways to improve yourself, then you'll have no problem learning.

Wow. I guess I started a bit early. I started when I was about 12. I was really anti social and didn't talk to girls or get out much. I just turned 14. I think this pua has made me more mature and essecentially change how I think. Alot of the kids in my school are really immature and girls don't really date inmature guys. That's why I have an edge.

I started getting girls when I was about fourteen. Most of it was flukes and I had low self-esteem. Didn't really understand the concepts of seduction and the like until a good few years later when I read Robert Greene's 'Art of Seduction'. Went through a stage of extreme near-suicidal depression and embarked on a programme of self-evolution. I was about 17 when this happened.

As soon as you are old enough to like girls... The psychology is the same no matter what age, so the material will work regardless... It might need to be tailored to an age group, but it is pretty universal...

Im 16 currently, but have being researching PUA since late 14 early 15, it isnt a specific age that you should start, it's the level of maturity that you need.

For you, 18-19. 22-23 would be better as your getting more mature.

Use on women, ideally its the 20+ y.o's, from my perspective.

I can seduce 18-19 y.o's (im 23), but they are so freaking STUPID! You send a text or whatever and you get the reply "what? I'm sooo confused". Thats the most irritating about gaming younger girls.

But on the other hand, you do get the switched-on teenagers. But in my experience 3 out of 4 are just too stupid to game.
