I'm not sure if you've heard about the Vancouver Social Board, but that's the name of the local lair in Vancouver. We have a pretty good group of guys and are always welcoming new members.

I have some issues with the Vancouver Social board. Seems you have to take some stupid $100 wingman course to join and then the guys have to meet you and decide if your worthy. Like WTF?

First of all, the main guy who I think runs that board and offers the course says "he is trying to distance himself from the PUA scene". He had an article in the Sunday Province yesterday where he said that. He says he is offering something called the direct and natural approach which is better.

So I gotta ask myself. If he is trying to distance himself from the PUA scene and do something different why is he forcing people to do the wingman course. Wingman being a CORE part of the indirect approach scene he says he is trying to distance himself from!

Well, the new Vancouver Lair is totally free, I'm a college student, 20 years old, and know what it's like to be strapped of cash, so I just created a free site and forum to network with other puas, join www.vancouverlair.com

This is just an update in case some of you guys were still looking for the lair and since the lair has grown slightly in the past few months. We currently have about 15 active members (about 30 members on the forum) and the forum is great for meeting wings and to give feedback to each other on their FRs. There is a FR and Journal section if some of you guys are interested in that, I have my continuing journal there which I update weekly since I tend to post a lot anyways.

We don't have any official meetings, but once you get on the forum, you can use the meet-up section and there are a few guys who go out quite regularly. It's more of a free lair where you're pretty much on your own to improve but I think the forum is becoming a great mastermind group, and the website is, once again, www.vancouverlair.com.

Looking for more members so posting can become more fun.
