Getting a number is simple. Just be social and nice and hand her your phone and say with a smile, "You seem cool, put your number if you want so we can talk some time." If she's one of those clever girls with an attitude and rejects, just say, "Hmm, that's not good enough." She rejects again say, "Ok pretty lady" with a genuine face/smile.
When you call her, don't even introduce yourself. Just remember something unique about her and come up with a creative line like, "How you doin hoola-hoop earrings" (if she has large earrings). Don't spend too much time chatting though, set up a place to meet asap. You may have to use a little push-pull. For example, "You're cute but we won't get along."
Oh and focus on escalation every time you see her outside of the workplace. Just say "Hi" and move in close to her, spin her by her hand without saying a word and say something like "You look nice." and maintain your position. Let her walk away first. If it becomes mutual however, then the odds are in your favor.
Ok thanks for the reply one problem is how do i get to the point of asking her for her number like what should i talk about with her to make her feel comfortable to the stage where she will be willing to hand over her number ?
