Seriously you dictate what you want and she can either choose to comply or not, for example she will comply if you're alone but she might be more shy around her friends but you must always put the option out there or you'll come across as indecisive or insecure.

Last night I met this girl I tried to kiss seriously like 8 times she just kept giggling about it but she wouldn't let me...such a sexy little tease! By the end of the night she was all cute and huggy with me although we hadn't kissed, lots of sexy/cute and MUTUAL kino like we were already a couple, I just made sure she knew I liked her regardless of what she "wanted". She asked for my number in the end.

So I guess what Im saying by this example is that you WANTING to kiss her has nothing to do with whats the "right" thing to do, just dont let rejection face you, its normal that sometimes we dont feel comfortable in certain situations.

Remember its usually more uncomfortable to say "no" to someone than to go with it, if you try to kiss her, most of the time she will go along with it to keep things flowing and avoid an awkward moment.
