Wasup airbody...

I got a problem....I am a average looking looking guy,who has a great body(due to gym) and people say I have a good personality..I'm also funny,love telling jokes and laughing..I'm in a small college and there are a lot of hot girls. I've had my fair share of lays and I'm something like an alpha male.....I can't seem to get a girlfriend,I try approach women but I never get a good response...I am stylish and I sometimes find women looking at me...but I can never get a girl to give me the time of day..maybe I should smile more....there is a girl in my class who I dig a lot an I think she knows it,but I have not musterd up the courage to talk to her...people,please tell me what to do..I'm so scared of rejection,its like a phobia..I care too much what people think of me..what can I do to show people that I am not the asshole they think I am(they think I'm egocentric just by the way I look,walk act..and I'm such a cool guy) help fellaz..
