Hi everyone! I am writing this journal in order to document, recieve tons of feedback from the experianced members of the fourm and just to share my journey with you all. I have read lots of the articles in this fourm and I am glad to be part of a very cool respectible helpful community. We are all in it to improve right?
I will keep the journal regularly updated.

My Background

I am a 18 year old good looking guy fresh out of highschool. Upon finshing school I just planned to take the year off. I grew up in a small town with about 3500 people.
I moved to the city of Edmonton Alberta and have been living here for a month and a half. I live in the city with 2 really good friends of mine who both happen to be bartenders.
Being that they are both Bartenders I have some conections with a few bars but they work on weekends so I don't get to go clubbing with them.
I am not a shy guy I am very spontainious and outgoing but I don't do as well with the opposite sex as I would like to.
During my time in my hometown I dated a girl who was madly in love with me and I had the same feeling for her. Long story short we broke up and since then she has become the biggest OneIts for me.

Getting Into The Game

I have been in the "Game" now for 1 month and have been studying "Game" for about 1.5 months. I got into the sarging by first watching "The Pickup Artist" both the first and second seasons.
I watched as guys went from hopless to lady killers and thought to myself there is no reason why I can't become good at this. After watching both seasons I picked up "The Game" and read as Neil transformed himself into the king of the un-naturals.
Since then I have studied many different PUAs. Some of my favorites include Jack Coxwell, Cajun, Soul, Tyler D, Mystery, Style and 60 year challange.
I plan to take a bit from every style and make it my own as Neil did. I will absorb and share any peice of information sent my way. Day game is my absolute favorite because I find you meet the better ones during the day but I still love to sarg at night!!

My Goals

-I have very little AA but I have hesitation/excuse problems and I need to fix that. Like 60 year old challange says you don't know what shes like until you talk to her.

-I need to work on my first impressions.I have been able to number close but I have not been able to build up attraction, comfort, and sexual tension. Once I work on this my day 2s will not be a struggle.

-I plan to have many beautiful women as options rather than turning any into OneIts(This is very important to me).

-To remind myself that most regection is only based on your first impressions.

-As a side note I would like to bulk up. At this point I am 5' 10'' 165 and very tone/ripped but I want to gain strenght and mass so I will not feel so small at bars. I realize that I am better off then a bunch of guys but whats wrong with improving yourself?

-To become a social master. Not only just to become a ladies man but to also become a leader of men too. I love being social and I plan to become someone that people make sure to invite to a party. Generally I have been told by lots of people that I am a cool funny sociable guy but sometimes I will shoot myself in the foot per say and avoid parties and stay home. I want this to stop! I plan to be able to show up at a party before my friends get there and make friends rather than avoid people and sit by myself.

-Meet people and expand my social cirle. Make friends close and far. Sometimes I will even sarg a girl just to become friends with her.

-My big goal is to find someone suitable that I really enjoy spending time with. I will meet many girls on my journey and have some fun in the meantime lol.

-Above all I am on the pursuit of happiness. This is one journey we are all on in life and pickup will help me get there.

Any advice that the members here are willing to give is greatly apreciated!!!!!

At this point I am reading "The absolute book of body language" and I find the book very insightful and have been putting it to good use. Any other good sugestions for books to read right now? (I have looked at the list they have on the site.)
Sorry to you Ross Jefferies fans but his methods are not for me but I am open to any other style of pickup.

I watch lots of youtube videos on pick up so if you let me know of any ones worth watching that would be great.

Just a note this Sarg happened about 3 weeks ago. I am trying to find the free time to finish posting my past experiances but today has been a busy day for me. Stay tuned if you want to read up to today's current day. I will do some more posting tomorrow and once I catch up I plan to do some more goal oriented posts.


My first experience with game (Mystery Method)

This experience happend around 3 weeks ago. I had only been studying Mystery and the series "Keys to the VIP". I had only been in the city for around the week and decided that I wanted to go to Vynal with my 3 roomies. I had never tried any method in the club other than the AFC method so I felt pretty good walking through the doors. My friends are the type who scope the bar first then approach women. So we did a lap sat down and picked the girl of our desire.

First Club approach (4set HB 9s N 10s)

My friend told me to approach a 4set of HB9's and 10s. I fearlessly walked over and used the tattoo opeaner. Two of the Girls listenened when the Other girl was already dragging her friend away. I had the balls to say "Hey shows over here." To late she was dragged away. The other two just gave me an honust answer and I had nothing to share for mid game so I ejected.

Second Approach ( HB 7 and her HB 7 friend)

I walked over two a 2set sitting by the window in the far corner and used the "Do I look like a drug dealer opener" with my arms around them both. They looked me up and down and said no. My roomate walked over and asked the two "Is my friend bothering you?" They replied no. The Game was one. We talked for a bit. We took them to the dance floor. Things were going well. They told us they will see us later. Damn missed the chance for a number.

Third Approach ( Being a good wing )

For most of the night my shy friend stared at this asian. I told him if he won't talk to her I am going to bring him over here. So I walked over to her both to see her sitting with a guy hitting on her and her friend. I sat beside the guy hitting on her. I made conversation with him to take away his chances. I talked with him untell the friend of the asian started asking about me so I got up and walked over to her side of the table. I now had control of the group. I introduced myself and had her introduce to her friend. I talked up my shy friend to the HB9.5 asian to the point where she had to meet him. We left leaving the weak to sit by himself. lol. I introduced the two and he did the rest. ( They spent most of the night grinding and making out on the dance floor after that.)

Fourth Approach ( The opportunity I didn't know what to do with)

On my way back into the club I attempted to budge in line. During my efforts a girl who looked very similar to Dev( The hot chick who sings Like a G6) looked at me and said " What are you going to do for me to get this spot?" With a hint of sexual meaning behind it. I was so blank... WHY WAS I BLANK????? I wasn't sure how sexual to come across... "So I replied what do you want me to do?" She said "no I want you to tell me" My roomate tried to say something to get the spot but it was along the same lines of what I had said. All I could think of was If I was more experienced in the "Game" she would be mine. I just needed to know what to say. So as we went our separte ways "I asked her if I would see her again". Leaving me with a "Maybe" she disapeared into the crowd.

Finishing What I Started

So I ran into the HB7 and her friend so I had to make my move. I danced with her and when she sat down on the speaker I walked over to her in a locked in position and got the number. (Her name was very similar to Jackie Chan so at first I was like WTF did I get a fake number???? LMAO) So when we were saying good bye I asked her friend if I could steal her to say goodbye. She said do it right her so I pointed to my check she went to kiss it and I turned my head for the cheaters kiss close. ( Just a side note the pickup wasn't that spectacular the girl was a bit drunk so I am not going to give myself to much props but it still was pretty good ) Also my roomate ended up getting her friends number so all in all it was a good pickup.

I am doing my best to get the journal caught up to todays date.

First approach ( Was this a good line?)

I only have one notable sarge from the Saturday the day after my last post. After watching an episode of Keys to the Vip I wanted to use a line that Sheldon had suggested to use with plans of great results. The line was "You remind me of my girlfriend" after saying this she will let her guard down and you are free to compliment her by saying compliments but in the form of similarities to you girlfriend. When you decide that you have said enough you tell her you don't have a girlfriend. She is supposed to be a little bit mad but in the end she will forgive you.

I came back to vinyl with my roommate and my buddies J and S( to protect there names). J spotted a HB 8 on the dance floor and told me to make my move. I stood up walked over and used the line. I continued with complements. My mistake now that I think about it could have been that I opened up with the line.
After I finished she just looked at me and said "Are you for real?". J came into the set trying to help me out. She just kept looking at me in such a way that she couldn't believe what I had said to her. After that the set went nowhere. She just moved on to J and left me out of the conversation. She was talking to him about how her bra and panties were pink. So he left because he was intention stealing my target. When going for a number close she told me to give her my number. We all know what that means... That was the only notable thing that night.




First Attempt of day game

This is the story of my first day game attempt the Tuesday after that weekend.

My first attempt of day game was not a very fun situation. After watching a couple in field day game approaches on YouTube I decided that I had enough know how to do some for myself. Londonderry was the closest mall to my apartment at the time. Entering the mall with so many openers on my mind I set out to find my target in the semi-busy mall. Wandering from one end of the mall to the other I couldn't believe I never approached anyone yet. I would pick the opener pick the girl and then keep walking. The force of the AA was to strong. Plus there was nobody there to push me but myself. I had a big troubles sarging alone at this time. I went home to recalibrate and study some more. After doing this I went out the next day to do the next thing. At this point I was very aggravated but I would not lose faith in myself.


The Following Weekend (Two weeks ago) / Meeting my wing GringoZ

At this point I was reading the book "The Game" and I desperately wanted to find a site like this one where aspiring PUA's and MPUA collaborate and give each other advice. I signed up for the site and posted in the Meet Up and Wing board under the Edmonton, Alberta section. I sent GringoZ a PM and we planned to meet up for the weekend to sarge and practice the game.

Unfortunately my roommate tagged along because I said he could come with us. He understood "Game" but he didn't understand it as GringoZ and I did so he was a burden. My new friend had never been to a club called Vinyl before so off we went to sarge. We hit the club around 11 so the place was packed.

First Approach (Leading 4 girls to the Dance Floor)

My boys headed of to the dance floor and I told them I would be back with some hotties. I went left they went right I spotted a 4 set so I approached. I cannot remember what line I used but I coaxed them to come to the dance floor with me. I brought them to my friends and everyone introduced themselves. I targeted a HB8 who happened to be 4'11'. She was tiny, I had to lean way down so she could even here me. It so happened to be that she lived in the "Rival town" of my hometown. So it made for decent conversation. In the meantime my Wing had his eyes on the same girl my roomie had his eyes on. He was kind enough to step aside and let him have the open. GringoZ began to become aggravated as my roomie would not make a move. He continued to stall so I told Gringo lets move on to another set because I was talking to casual to 4 foot. That and I wanted more practice.

Second Approach ( How good wings divide and concur)

It was my wings turn to open a set. We walked off the dance floor and over to a 2set standing by the bar. He came in with "Hey do these jeans make my ass look good because I am an ass model and I have a shoot tomorrow" The girls told him to do a little turn so they could examine his backside. After the spin I entered the set. I realized who he had his eye on so I instantly turned to the friend. We had our introduction and then I told her I could read her mind I told her to put her hands out. When she did I told her to think of a number between 1 and 4. Blah Blah Blah. Most of you know the game. After that game I escalated and went for a number close. "I have a boyfriend" she explained. I have not learned the ways of the boyfriend destroyer tactic so I ended up in the friend zone but I did get the number. I am not sure how Gringo did but I was very pleased with how well a set can go with a good wing. The way we both locked in and had the full attention of our targets. It was a good feeling.

Third Approach ( A pictures game)

We entered a set on the dance floor. I can’t remember how we opened I just remember that Gringo had his target and I had mine. We dance for a bit then I remember Gringo over with his target getting there picture taken by her friends so I walked over with my target. I told her to get ready for something crazy. Just before they took the picture I picked her up and held her in my arms for the picture. She never expected something like that. I set her down and after she calmed down a bit we talked. I went for a number and she tested me by saying "how many numbers have you gotten tonight" I just said " You are the first person I have asked" I realize that was a test and I need a good response for a question like that. I can come up with a couple of my own but I love to hear feedback.She told me to come find her in a bit and she would let me know. I came back shortly and got the number.

Leaving Vinyl and Ditching My Roommate ( My worse rejection yet)

MY BAD LINE. We decided to leave vinyl to ditch my roommate and check out a club called the Bank. It always seemed to be busy so it seemed like a worth while place to check out. When we got in we noticed that 2/3 of the crowd was guys and the place was packed. We made our way to the dance floor. I scoped a HB 7 and a HB 8 turned to my roommate and wing and asked "Ok boys what’s the line??" I waited... Roommate " Ok dude try You girls look to old to be in the Club..." I thought about it ok well I open up with a neg and they will disagree because the look really young and they should know it.

So I turned around and approached with the line. To my dismay the light and lots of make up can make a 28 year old look pretty young... So I finished with the line and could already see my fate as she grabbed my jacket and pulled me in. " And you look to stupid to be alive" she said. I realized all hope was gone and looked at them and said " Ok well I see you want me to leave so enjoy your night" Then her hand extended and sent me on my way. As I was walking away I felt a grip on my jacket again. I turn to see the same girl holding my jacket and pulling me back... I didn't know what to think. She pulled me in-between the two and said " You also smell like shit". This was her best attempt of making herself feel better for being at the club at her age... I looked at them both stunned and yelled "Have a good night" in order to say Fuck off I was already leaving. I turned to my friends shaking my head as the bitches shoved me away.

Wow thanks roommate that was a great line... It’s funny now that I look back at it. Seriously they grabbed me by the jacked to reject me again... lol

I was still very AFC at this point so that rejection messed with me more than it should have. After that I just wanted to leave the Bank. I made my way to the exit and that was the end of our night. To bad we had to go home on a bad note but it's all just experience at this point.

Not exactly my first regection haha I have had plenty of regection but that one is my most noteable one by far. This specific regection has helped me shrug of regection as a learning experiance from that point on. Also I plan to read your journal from start to finish I am very intrested in your story. I read the first page and it got me hooked.

There is one sarge that I did before this one but I forgot to type it in. I am not sure if I will put it in or not.

After that weekend (Practicing Day Game)

After that weekend Gringo and I planned to practice Day game often so we planned to hit up West Ed Mall on Wendsday and Thursday. After that weekend I moved out of my apartment in north edmonton and to a more central location is the city. Now I live with my buddies J and S (To protect names) in a big duplex.

The Tuesday after that weekend. ( Lone Wolf )

So my friends were in a rush and they headed out to the mall to go to a course that there are in. I tagged along walked with them in the mall for a bit until they had to go to the there course. I did some quick shopping then decided it was time to sarg. The problem was it was laundry day and because my friends were in a rush to get to the mall I had no time to change. I was wearing a pair of camo pants with a broken fly, a dirty hoodie and one of my old high school's T shirts. To top it off my hair was messy that day and I never did shave that morning. I thought to myself if I can pick up someone like this I should have not problem any other day. So I scanned the mall looking for my target. It was late at night so I didn't have many options. I walked by a few that I could have opened but bailed. I walked around and never opened anyone for two hours. Starting to feel down on myself I started to leave the mall.Then I seen a gougous girl working at this small little shop I knew I had to go over there and talk to her. I killed the 3 second rule but I told myself if I don't even try then how can I improve? I walked by her and around the corner to build up some courage... So I walked up to her looked at her and said "hi" with a little smile on my face and she replied back "hi." I looked at her and with a friendly smile said " I walked by you and seen you working here...(I paused to come across sincere) and I wouldn't let myself walk by without introducing myself because you are really cute". Her face went red as she covered her face to barely hide her smile. So I introduced myself we talked for a bit. After talking to her for a bit I asked for her number so we could get to know each other better. Before I even had my phone out she turned around to get a pen and paper. I got the number but I never carried on the convo enough to make it count. That and I messed up with my text game. Besides those points I thought to myself wow is amazing what you can acomplish when you just do it!

The next day ( Wednesday sarging at Londonary Mall)

This is also the day when GringoZ started up his journal. So check it out.

I met up with Gringo at Londondary mall because plans had changed. Earlier that day he had practiced his first day game and had been fairly successful with it.

First Approach ( Miss Older than she looks )

We sat down sat down at the food court and talked theory for about 30 min the we started the scoping. When we were on the top level I seen a HB 7 walking towards us. I let her walk by and when she stopped to get something out of her purse. I told Gringo thats my target. She looked really young when she walked maybe it was her height that contributed to how young I thoiught she was but anyways. I turned and made my way towards her but the angles weren't working for me. As I walked around the front side of her she found what she was looking fo in her purse. As she started to walk away I looked at her and said "Hi" she paused turned around and waited for me to continue. So I continued with " I seen you walk by and I couldn't let myself walk by becase your beautiful" He was probally around 27 so I just wanted to eject. She just looked at me weird for a second thanked me then turned and walked way.

Gringo's First approach

He has it written in his blog but I just wanted to note that he tottaly could have gotten that product marketers number. His body launguage was great and she was flirting right back with him.

Second Approach ( Why so old today? )

We walked into a stylish clothing store and on my way in I noticed a HB 8 near the door. We walked to the guys section of the store and I told Gringo who my target was so he could watch. I walked over to her and I pulled a opener I came up with out of my ass.

Bliss:"Me and my friend have been having a debate about v necks and I need a female opinion"
HB8:"What would you like to know?"
Bliss" He thinks that V necks are gay and guys should not wear them what do you think?"
HB8" Absolutly not she said V necks are sexy guys are just afaid to wear them"
Blah Blah Blah
We talked about fashion for a bit and I asked her "How far down should a V neck go down"
She kino'ed me my touching my chest where she thought to be reasonable.

The whole time she had a very pleasant smile on her face and things were going well other than the fact that I knew she was older. ( I know lol ) So I asked her just to find out how old she was in a sudle way. I assumed that she was 24 but when she told me 29 I couldn't belive it. We finished taliking and I thanked her for the advice.

Thursday ( 10 approaches in 10 mins!!!)

I met gringo at the Great West edmonton Mall the most eager I have ever been for sarging in a long time. I watched lots of youtube videos that day of day game. Particualily those of Jack Coxwell one of my favorite PUAs. When he was just starting out the game he di something called ten approaches in 10 mins. The point of it is to kill AA. You dont have time to think just time to talk. When I go to the mall I proposed this to my friend and he looked at me like I was crazy!! He said first we have to do some warm up.

First Approach

I walked into H & M with Gringo and we started "shopping" lol. I had my eye on two girls who were shopping together.One a HB 7 and a HB 7.5. Of I went.
Bliss: "Hey I need some female asistance..." they turned and looked at me "... I am on a mission to pick out a bunch more nice cloths that suit me and I would like a females persective"
They looked at me and the one replied
"I don't usually shop for guys" but they followed me to the guys section.
We looked for shirts and we talked untill they came across one I particualily liked. I put it on they complmented me. The set was going decent I never built any attraction but I still need to work on that.
Then came the moment where it was time to close.
So... I told them that they were both cool and I wanted there phon........FACEBOOK!!! WTF why did I ask for facebook?
Besides that point I got both of there FB's and went over and bought the shirt they picked for me.

10 in 10 ( Social manic)

Ok now time for the moment we have all been waiting for. Time for AA to be non existant. I was up first and I was so pumped and in the zone I just wanted to get started. The goal was to talk to attractive females but sometimes you didn't get much a choice in ten mins. The timer started as soon as I walked into HMV...

1- Wished a HB7 a wonderful day
2- Recomended a movie to a Mom
3- Sat down with a lady and asked her if Baby Blue was a Gay color
4- Asked a HB8 how friendly she was on a scale of 1 to 10
5-Told a HB6.5 that I am in a good mood and just going around talking to people
6-Asked a HB8 who was eating how friendly she was between 1 to 10
7- Talked to a random HB7.5 about how I am in a social mood
8 and 9- Walked infront of two girls walking towards me stopped them by saying "If I was a salesman what do you think I would be selling"
10 to 12- I cant remeber these ones so clear but I know I talked to people in that time.
13- I knew my time was almost up so I chased after a really bitchy looking girl to challange myself. I complemnted her about her jacket and she was really friendly in the end so don't judge a book by its cover.

Wow thirteen opens in ten mins! I beat Jack Coxwell! It wasn't even that had you just need to get into a social mood and the time limit really helped put a good twist on things.

My timeline is off but this sarg happened last week (Where is Booster Juice?????)

So Gringo sent me a text saying that he wasn't very modivated to go sarging that day. This really bugged me considering that I was in the same mood he was and was hoping he was going to be my modivation. I was just about to go strait home from work when I told myself what the hell am I going to acomplish if I go home?????. So I told Gringo I am going with or without him. So I showed up at the mall in a determined but still bad mood... After he read that I was going to go without him he told me he was going to be there at 6. I got to the mall at 545 and waited to meet him before I did any aproaches.

We were both still very unmodivated but at least we were there. But that day was a bad day to go because it felt like we were creeping at the school yard. Few of the girls that day seemed to be over 18.

Well to start the day of we planned to the day of with 10 approaches in 10 mins. The problem was I was not game this time. Fuck it! It had to be done!

1-I asked some older chiense lady the time (I did not just say that.... I even had my phone out)
2- "Where is boster juice" I asked HB 7 (It was right behind me it was just on my mind
3 and 4- I asked if converse was a stylish shoe to a HB6 and HB6
5 and 6- "WHERE IS BOOSTER JUICE" really did I just ask someone that again... wow
Almost 7,8 and 9- I creepialy followed 3 HB's around the food court thinking about what I was going to say. I followed them for a min and a half watching the time go by but still not saying a word.

TIME!!!!

Huh that was fun haha I found out where Boster jucie was lol. Thats how you number close boys! jkjk

So after telling Gringo about my adventers and listening to him laugh It was time to do a decent approach. After walking around the mall with no AA but hardcore hesitation problems we decided something had to be done! Recess was still in seccion but I knew I had to make a move. It was hard finding a target but when I did I wouldn't let my eyes off her.

Approach fail ( Speed walking race )

Two girls who were HB 8 a peice came speed walking by me and Gringo. I looked at my wing and nodded. I took off after them the problem was I was so stuck on running theory and different senerios over in my head that I couldn't make my move. So it was just me speed walking a little bit slowwere than them trying to buy my time. I was read to make my move and they turned rigtht and I just continued strait. Maybe I should have asked them where booster jucice was lol.

First Approach ( The most AFC I have been in a year)

I noticed that a girl standing against the rail looking bored. ( I noticed that she was standing alone earlier and wanted to approach but I never did) I walked over and started chatting.

Bliss- I noticed you were standing by yourself earlier and now your buy your self now whats the deal?
HB8- I am waiting for my friends in the bathroom
Bliss- (Watched as girls walked out of the bathroom) Well I can see that your friends are here goodb... I ejected.

Thats one small step forward and two huge leaps backward. I felt AFC again. Well everyone has there bad days. I did learn thou that I need to stop heasitation.
