If you are a virgin, I would only say it if she asks.

If you're not a virgin, then play and say that you are (for fun, feel free to tell the truth later on). I do this all the time and girls say shit like "bullshit, you seem like such a playa" and then i would reply with "i dont like who i lost my virginity to so it took it back and now im innocent again."

Some girls like virgins because they like to teach and manipulate people. she would use you as her little experiment. Others like experience.

Be carefull telling a girl that you are a virgin because she may think that you are just trying to lose it. Be playful with it in a way which shows that you are happy being a virgin and youre not after anything. < that would be my approach.
