To some people, morality or "ethics" are subjective and fluid.

Not for me.

I live and die by a strong moral code.

I think, that is what it means to be a MAN.

If not, what separates us from women?

Traditionally, men have fought, lived by, and died for their own moral codes.

I believe it's engrained in us to take a fucking stand and believe in something...anything!

When we do this, we are powerful, we construct, we build...society!

When we don't, we are bitches...just like bitches.

It is MANLY to know what you believe and stand by it.

For Sparta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A pre-query before I respond to this, as I might be mis-interpreting the written text (oh when does THAT ever happen lol)

Are you saying that we must have/believe in a strong moral/ethical code/view. And that by doing so makes you a man? (drive being an attractive trait in itself).

If this is the case then: That opinion doesnt have to be mutually exclusive from what Ive been saying, if you strongly believe in it, ie nillhism and all it's branch's, meta ethics etc.

If not then : nice weather we are having today!

LOL. I'd agree with ya on some level for sure man. Better to stand for something than to fall for anything. Just make sure you have legit reasons for standing for that something and not just bla...

For instance, Sparta's Moral Code was far far different than mans moral codes today. And most religions have a fucked up moral code in my opinion.. A code that was created by other men who wanted to create fear in others or give into superstition because they didn't have answers. So if you have a moral code I think it is healthy to ask why you have it occasionally.

Some people have a moral code because they fear hell. Is it moral to do things out of fear and fear alone..? I'm not so sure it is. A philosophy class will put the average moralist in a state of questioning refinement at least for a brief moment.

We are a programed nation, we are a marketed world. Many of peoples values are nothing more than cultural.

P.S One of the other posters of this forum seemed to imply that I want or deserve a nice, single girl I can share some beautiful commitment with and pua is not about getting laid. I've gotta pull the B.S flag on this one.. Pua is not about getting laid and but it is also not about being committed. it doesn't specify.. It's about having tools and self esteem and skills at your disposal. personally I don't think there's anything wrong with sleeping with a ton of woman as long as your safe. I am not looking for some nice single girl to marry me. personally I'd love wild and crazy woman to throw themselves at me. I'm not really sure there is anything wrong with this. To assume so is to project your morals on someone else.

I've wanted to be that guy that girls just want to use for his body. I've always wanted that. I've wanted to be that guy that didn't always have to imply a relationship was going to happen to have a girl initiate sex with him. I've wanted to be that "edgy" guy that woman want to sleep with and feel exilerated to do so. I've wanted to have all options available.

Most of my life I have not been that guy so I am working on it. This was one of the first woman in my life who simply wanted to meet and get to business. It wasn't about me having to pretend. it wasn't about me having to tell her or pretend I take things slow. Other woman seem to be offended when the topic of sex comes into play. I am so sick of all that bull shit. It was a turn on to have a woman treat me like I want to be treated.. and thats really what I want. maybe it was just too fast for a married women to do that to me. Got to figure out my moral high ground first

Ok fair enough. If you are touch with what you want are are willing to do what it takes to acheive it, who I am or anyone else to judge or make assumptions about you. If you want to be "that guy" go for it.

It is exciting and empowering to pursue what you really want. If you want to pursue a variety of women without pretense or any kind of commitment that is fair. Just be upfront about it and dont manipulate or decieve or lie to anyone to do it.

The truth is, you can be upfront about your desires and be upfront about wanting no commitments or strings and there will be women who will gladly accommidate you. The catch is most of them will be married or in committed relationships.

Truly free and single gals are often looking for relationships. The gals that are in relationships are the ones that are just looking for side action.

In order to be "that guy" you are going to have to reconciliate your moral ambiquity. Religion itself doesn't necessarily have to have anything to do with it. Even atheist torment over whether to get involve with married people or not.

Even if you are an devout atheist you will still have a moral code and values that will govern how you conduct yourself. Screwing with married people involves a lot of real world risks and complications that don't have a thing to do with burning in hell or being judged by a higher power.

There are a lot of problems with marrieds that are very real world and here and now such as getting your ass kicked, having the whole community pissed off at you, having legitimate females reject you since you are a homewrecker and dealing with your own sense of guilt and of having "settled" for a lesser playmate.

You are in a period of upheaval at this time for whatever reason it is. How you feel today and what you think you want for yourself today are not necessarily how you will feel or think a few months or year or so from now.

@ carson hill

EXACTLY. It doesn't matter what you believe, just believe in something. If your moral code is PRO-debauchery, fucking do it! LOL

But Carson, you are asking what to do. You are waffling. You are wishy-washy. You are asking for guidance. Others here are telling you our strong beliefs. Have you noticed some people say "abso-fucking-lutely not" and others say "fuck yes, go for it!"

You are the one with no beliefs or ethics regarding it.

You've got to determine what you believe and be cognizant and accepting of its consequences, both intended and unforeseen.

You may get sued, framed, reported for rape, stalked, bludgeoned, or the afforementioned "bisexual rape squad". LOL

I have a strong moral opposition to defiling marriage. That's me.

Others have no problem with it. That's them.

Where are you on this subject? I'm not sure. It seems you are asking for permission or guidance to HAVE an opinion/belief on the issue.

Yes. I realize it is up to me.

Some of the original posters actually did clarify most of it up for me but the debate/disconsion continued so I continued.... interacting n gained further clarification along the way... then I contributed too sometimes disagreeing with certain things as I saw fit to add value to this thread as it progressed.

Several posts I agreed with part and disagreed with part but still learned.

Personally:
My first priority is to be leery of any potential dangers or dramas you can risk when dealing with a marriage commitment scenario. I think that is first and foremost. This is big for me and the top priority. Several posters said this and I agree based on hearing them talk about it etc. Several had already had close calls with this.

Beyond that the debate continues and I am still weighing out everything. Morality and Moral code is one of the single most important and ongoing topics of the world. But here I was able to take one specific scenario involving morality and discuss it among others of a similar pua objective (to some degree). This was very important and still is.

I'm not asking for anyone's permission. I want to see what people think. When they share what they think I may test them to see if they have good experiences or reasons for thinking this way.. This is ok to do and should be encouraged in discussion as long as not out of hand. that way I can test the value of their perspectives.

With all that said dude I'm still in a crazy place. So i just need to hear the discussion. It alone is support for me. -sometimes interacting with it, sometimes disagreeing with it.. it helps me.

So thank you..

No problem. I don't want you to feel like you have to defend yourself, but you asked for clarification about the necessity for men being decisive creatures. So I explained it and "displayed" it for you. Tis better to stand for anything than for nothing. Good luck in whatever you choose! :D

Agreed and thank you. I am learning that about woman and relationships so it was good to here that. and yes I am deciding my morals in the process, mostly emphasizing safety to myself, drama and life trial avoidance, along with honesty to others. ;)
