I don't like asking these types of questions, but I was hoping someone here would have some advice for me.

I've recently got into a relationship, at the beginning I was having erection problems which now, thankfully seem to be gone. However I'm now having problems lasting, I usually cum within the first 3-4 minutes of having sex, is there anything I can do to help me last longer?

Thanks in advance

Anxiety. It goes both ways.

Too anxious to get it up.
Too anxious to keep it up.
Seems like a lose-lose scenario.

My advice would be to spend less on actual intercourse since this is the problem, and instead to spend more time on a variety of sexual activities. Spend some time on oral for both of you, hands, toys, mix it up in the bedroom. That way she (and you) are thoroughly satisfied before you get your raw three minutes of pleasure! LOL

That's pretty much what I do in the bedroom. Kissing, playing, a little bit of oral both ways (give her a couple of orgasms that way), 69, spank her and pull her hair. By the time it comes to you getting yours, she will be laying there like a pile of pure satisfaction. Then you can rightfully enjoy those three minutes.

Sorry for the graphic nature of this response. Feels like a playboy article, lol.

2 tricks i know to lasting longer during the dirty is to count in your head and do some equations or think of other things to keep youself from thinking about how great it is, Or some male porn stars actually try to pee (untenses and muscles inside your...self) just be careful with that one though!

Try slowing the pace down a bit, when you feel close to cumming, stop the pumping (keep it in though) and just start caressing her body, kiss her boobs, kiss her, or pull out and give her a little clit rub, do this until you feel ready to go again without finishing it off, she certainly wont mind the attention to other areas of her body mate.

Better than trying to pee is doing Kegel Exercises, which is the opposite of trying to pee. Practice flexing your pelvic floor. It is the muscles that you flex when you stop pissing mid-stream.

Thanks guys, I'll give all these ideas a go.

The trying to pee one made me laugh, haha, I don't think i'll try that one, just incase I accidentally do start peeing, that'd probably kill the mood faster than anything

I can truthfully say i've been known to have similar problems in the past! I think a lot of it comes down to confidence, if you aren't worrying about what you're doing and you feel comfortable with the person than I don't have as many problems.

Counting never worked for me, I remember once I was having sex with a girl and I was trying to put together next weeks football team formation in my head.. didn't work.. I just laughed at myself for trying it!

I always lose my erection when putting on a condom, so for the moment at least, that's not really an option. Shes on the pill.

I tried the counting technique and it worked, I lasted a little while longer, I also tried thinking about something completely non sexy which seemed to help as well.

When I share a bottle of wine, and drink about 2-3 glasses. I have found considerable more endurance. It dulls your senses. It still feels amazing either way, just a slightly different experience.

Really, sex is all in your mind. If a girl is exactly my type, and super hot... I wont last as long because I will WANT to cum. If a girl is average, and I'm not attracted to her as much, I've lasted a long time. I was actually watching the clock yesterday while performing doggy style lol. Just pay attention to your body, and know when to slow down and/or stop for a second to delay/stop your orgasm.

It can depend on a lot of things such as intercourse before hand, if your wearing a condom or not, one i noticed makes a big difference is how long since ive last cum (weather it be from sex or masturbation) and yeah those things can all make a difference.

During sex however id say if you feel like your going to finish, pull out and depending on how long it takes before you can go in again with out blowing. Switch positions during that time or just finger her a bit. hope that helps ;)
