Here is my situation. Hopefully you guys can help me out.

-My Past: I am a recovering wuss. I have been reading Double Your Dating and various articles on askmen and other similar sites. I am fine making the initial approach. It's just interacting on the second and third encounters that I have trouble with.

-The Situation: My fraternity's formal is coming up here in a few weeks. My date is good friends with one of my really good friends from high school. I invited her just as a friend, but now I think I may show some interest in her. Girls and guys are in separate rooms, but it doesn't really matter because she is pretty conservative anyway.

-Do you guys have any advice on what I should do to make her more attracted to me? Basically I am still learning how to flirt and be funny. I am quite confident, but I want to make sure I don't come off like an asshole. Do you have any more advice on being cocky and funny?

-We are driving down, so we will have about 4-5 hours in the car together, and then we will be at the beach for the weekend. If you guys want more details or anything so that you can better help me, let me know. Thanks
