depend how you well describe your self, if you feel your very confident guy ill say alpha male and seduction, if your just coming out your shell ill say do the online boot camps or look up pua gurus like mystery Neil struase etc. im in the process of making my own way of seduction i get good feed back, but i wouldn't consider myself a guru yet. but every guy ive taught gets stripper, multiply females like best-friends, and woman in relationships etc.

I'm in the same boat my friend. I honestly started by saying hi to every girl that I would possibly game on, I did that for a couple of weeks to reduce anxiety. After a while the ones that ignore you don't phase you anymore. Asume the "all of the women want me, I am the shit" attitude and trust me going to the gym helps your confidence.
