So I've been reading the 60 years of challenge blog series, and early on it brought up eye contact and it said something I found interesting - it said to maintain eye contact with the target even while someone else in the group is speaking. Doesn't this come off as creepy? Opinions on how to pull it off?

Always try to have a smile on your face, and maintain eye contact- It shows confidence.

Eye contact I believe is a useful tool, it makes things more personal between you and the target. You aren't staring at her friends or the other hundreds of distractions going on... you are looking at her.

Often times when I am at a bar I would look innocently in the girls direction, once i see eyes have locked i give her a quick look over give a slight smile and look away for a bit. Pending on her reaction the first time you locked eyes, you can "make an excuse" to visit the area she is residing look again and that should give you a good indicator of interest so you can move in for the vocal game part.
