Is it a good idea to keep record of all convos with women?

I am thinking about starting a sort of journal where I keep a record of every engagement with the opposite sex. Texts, facebook, in person, everything. The point is so you can look back and see what you did that worked, and what didn't work. Is this a good idea or am I overthinking here?

Ever wonder how you can tell your girl "Hey, don't be a bitch!" and her response is (gets out her card catalog) and pulls up - chronologically - the last five times that YOU were a "dick!"

Goddamned relationship librarians I tells ya!

Well decided to go ahead and try it. It's actually a hell of a lot of work! But I'm sure I'll be glad I did it later on when I want to go back and critique myself.
