There's this girl at work, and there's this other guy, that overtime built up a lot of kino with her, comfort and rapport. The kino goes as far as kisses on the cheek, forehead. Now this guy has a girlfriend, and is out of the market apparently, I think she probably fances him. Pre-selection right?

Previously I have built a good amount of attraction with her, but today we were all working together, he was spending 80% of the time with her all day. They've been touching, teasing etc, goofy stuff... They have been working longer together, and they both get a lift in the same car.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out if this guy is friendzone'd or not.

So basicilly here's a rundown of their interaction's. Lot's of teasing, and negging, even sexual jokes from his part. He's like a clown I guess. She responds to that stuff too.

I still get some IOI's, but as much as before unfortunetly, I kinda hung back that day. Didn't really interfere.

What I'm asking is how should I deal with that? Should I try simiiar tactics, amog him, ignore it altogether etc? I don't want to chase her too much.
