Which is best for opening?

Would just like to know what your opinions are between two different styles of opening.

Is it better to use the Mystery Method for opening, or Mode One's direct approach?

The reason I ask is because they're both at opposite ends of the theory for a good opener. I'm still not convinced whether Mode One would work in many instances, especially night clubs :?

Try each one and go with the method that FEELS right for YOU. I am not familiar with Mode One's approach so I can't comment on that. I'm going to look into it though.
I keep Mystery's theories in the back of my mind while gamin, he has great insight, but I'm most comfortable with David D's method.
