New to MPUA Forum

Registered long time back.
Been busy since then.
Have to get active now....
Me 37y.
Was a natural, when i was a bit younger, actually a lot younger.
Lost touch since then.
Hope to get into this regularly.

First steps
-joint a gym again --- guys u got to motivate me....
-Any oth suggestions? reading stuff, any thing else, u would like to tell me.
