shouldnt you just do the opposite of everything preached here for PUA? Flatter her endlessly, be wimpy, caring, shed the occasional tear. Don't ever be funny, never neg, never escalate...

No, if you're not careful that may accomplish the opposite. And why change how you act for a girl? I recently had to cut off a few FBs/FWB because they fell in love with me (should have taken Chief's FWB post to heart). You can try to go soft, but if she's out for an LTR, that may backfire. Just tell her that you two have no future and be clear about it. Then you have to cease communication and let her get over you. Sucks if you lose a great lay or a good friend in the process, but such is life.

there are two ways to do it.

1- ignore her calls.
2- drive her crazy.

if you're already together, just find an excuse to break up with her & make her think that its her fault.

im not with her, ive just been seeing her for the last few weeks, maybe touching a month but ive kind of got bored lol. I could lay her but that will take time for other reasons to do with her, nothing personal though.
She wants a LTR with me, but i dont want it with her, shall i just wait for the lay, or get rid of her?
shes probs a HB7, its not anything special to me really, i kind of want to lay her but the time i have to wait to do that will take a while. Theres other HB's that might get in the way because they like me to, and know about her. How should i handle this if i was to 'keep' both?

if you can get a quick lay from her, do it, if its gonna take time, its not worth it I guess.

Be honest with her.

Talk to her in person and simply explain your situation, whatever it is. She WILL be upset, but in the long run she will appreciate your honesty and thank you for it. Leave them off better than you found them, don't make up some bs excuse or cut off contact or anything Beta like that.

- I just want to have fun and you seems to expect more
- My studies/works take me too much time for a serious relationship
- I just wanted to nail you but you're too hard to get
- I get bored with you
- I just realised I was gay
