I never put them down or neg. I try to make it challenging/interesting/poke fun at them, and it just doesn't work. It seems that I'm not understanding how a girl's mind works. However, here's an example of what went down yesterday so you can get a sense of my style:

Me: Haha, he must be some sort of Hugh Hefner or something.

Me; Psht, party pooper :p
Girl: Mmm sureee. You bug people don't you.
Me: Nah, I just keep it fun
Girl: Lol, it's not working.

Girl: I love being in the kitchen.
Me: Ahh, so you're one of those girls :p
Girl: Stfu lame ass.
Me: Bad day huh
Girl: No, you just talk stupid like you don't even know me and like to mess w/ people.

Girl: Just shut the fuck up.
Me: Hey that's profanity.
Girl: I'd give you a black eye.
Me: Hey that's violence ;p
Girl: Wow, fuck you.

And then at the end of it they told me I'm not funny/I'm annoying/I just talk stupid and that I'm a smartass. I'm confused because to me it seems like I'm just shrugging off their bad attitude towards me but I would really like to know why it fails me. I was the only guy there being disliked, it was a disaster. Every joke I'd make would work against me and even when I tried keeping my cool and staying positive without judging the girl/raging at her, it still failed. In texting, I tend to correct girls for spelling errors every now and then and they take it so personal.

if a girl is texting you why does it matter if she misspells something? do you think correcting someone for there spelling mistakes somehow helps in terms of PUA? the answer is no.. so stop just go with the flow..

Honestly I would say your responses don't sound all that bad so it must be your body language and timing. Too hard to say without knowing more. Is this on your initial approach or conversation? What do you say first? For those kind of responses something you are doing is seriously annoying the girls. Tell us more.

As far as the texting thing goes, I wouldn't correct the girls they probably just find it annoying.

Your trying to hard. The jokes and making girls laugh needs to be done during attraction phase. You need to drop it and start getting to know the girls. Making emotional connection with girls is way more powerful then making them laugh.

If you keep that up, u will just come across as a clown. However, when talking to girls, if something funny comes out, it comes out. But it has to come out naturally without trying to hard for it.

Also, don't laugh at your own jokes, but smile.

Me: If I knew you were into that, I would have given you my dog's number instead.

Line 2 comes off as being judgemental. Combined with the obvious past fuck-ups you didn't mention, you get line 3.

You kept on adopting her frame while warping the vibe abruptly. This is worse for rapport than simple mismatching. At best, they think you're mocking or insulting them; at worst, they think you're taking their shit.
Trying to save it when she fucks it up makes you look desperate. Seduction is a team sport: you and her on the same team! If she's warming the bench, find another teammate!
