I was in a group of 7 people talking in a circle kind of and I noticed the girl who was directly in front of me was copying my body language/position to a T. I had my feet crossed and my arms folded a weird way and she was doing it exactly. I noticed it and thought to myself does this mean anything, it has to!. It was in one of my college classes.

I would imagine so. I remember this happening between someone I knew and a girl, and turns out, he was having sex with her soon after.

if someone copies your body language it means they are agreeing with what you had to say or are mirroring you to give an illusion of trust to build rapport.

It's called mirroring, when two people are in sync, they subconsciously do this. Most mirroring occur spontaneously and people are unaware of it. Hence, PUAs do this on purpose in order to force rapport with his target, and also as an IOIs. However, in this case, base on what you said, if you put your arms in a weird position that a normal people would not do in natural ways, then she is totally conscious of what she was doing, she knows she was mirroring you. Either she was trying to for rapport, or grabbing your attention, or she might be experimenting the mirroring technique she has learnt.
Body languages are best when reading as a cluster, reading them individually wont be accurate.

This... and sometimes I copy people's body language to tease/make fun of them... but it's all positive. But usually it's because they are in rapport with you on an unconscious level.
