is there a way to keep my facial hair not to look like it has been completely shaved but the way it looks like 2-3 days after you shave it. where it just looks greenish

i think there is a name for this?

Stubble.

Just get a basic hair trimmer and you can use that to keep it short. If you have a bit of money then you can get a trimmer specially designed for keeping stubble short.
