What I like to do after running out of conversation is to start a little banner about being partners in crime. For example:

UOFI: So, I decided that you're going to be my new partner in crime from now on!

HB: OH WOW REALLY BLA BLA BLA

UOFI: Yeah! My last partner in crime was arrested for male prostitution, so I think you're a great replacement!

HB: HJAHAHAHAHHAhA WOW NO WAY!

UOFI: Yeah and being my partner in crime is alotta fun. We can climb trees, drink kool-aid, steal money from piggy banks. And I have a magic treehouse we can hideout in!!!!! -Go for hug!


Now, this is meant to get her a bit playful. By reverting back to childhood memories a bit, she should get alot more playful and reactive. Throw in a bit of winks, get a hug , good banter to go through if you run out of ideas. Expand and add your natural conversation skills, and you can make this a long ass fun conversation!

I'm brand new to the game but I like your idea and am going to try it out tomorrow night mid-date if things go dry... seems like a great way to get some childhood stories out there and get some comfort building going + the added bonus of Kino. I think though instead of just going for the hug immma throw in a sarcastic "THIS IS GOING TO BE SO MUCH FUN!" with a smile.
