Location: England | | Guys, I try and learn PUA. But I am an involtuntary celibate and suffer from a range of emotional disorders like depression and mood swings, always triggered when it comes to finding a potential partner. I know most people say, I'm just being a faggot, but it's a serious issue. It makes me doubt the whole PUA thing, it's a lot of hard work I know, but sometimes I freak out when things don't go the way I wanted.
Any advice for a person like me???

Location: Portugal | | If I were you I would see a professional, I had a friend which I introduced him to PUA and he study and even tried his best to aproach girls at night but when he was always going to pull the trigger he felt really sick , panick attack or something like that. He saw a professional and he is doing really well now.

Location: England | | I managed to calm myself down, by texting these two girls I know. Nothing in return, but just the communication I guess. I only ever freak out, when it comes to girls I really like. I mean not just girls I'm trying to game, but the girls that I literally fall for.
It's a combination of being friendzoned when I was younger and that burden of virginity hanging over my shoulder.
I'm not sure doctors take it seriously, if my reasons for seeking help, were because I cant have sex with a girl yet. Though everything that comes from that, is serious.
