Hi guys.

Little bit of background first, Im nearly 20, never had a girlfriend. I really struggle to talk to girls, I just never know what to say. I some how manage to end up dancing and kissing girls occasionally when Im really drunk but never when I've not drank loads.. lol

Last night I went to the pub with my parents and some family friends for a meal and one of the waitresses, who was really pretty, kept smiling at me as she walked past our table. So obviously i smiled back. Now my question, I'm going to go back to the pub maybe next Saturday night, I've just gotta try and convince a mate to go for a drink there. I was thinking about approaching her and just saying:

"Hey, I don't usually do this, but I think your really pretty and I was wondering if you fancied getting a drink sometime?"

What do people think to this approach? Anything I should bare in mind or do differently? I think I'll have the balls to approach. I've been kicking myself for not doing it last night, but I really didn't want to with my parents there.
