Posts: 184 | | I've read up on to much seduction techniques and now I just have to go out there and do it, but I still don't have the guts because my anxiety is too crazy..anyway how did you overcome approach anxiety?

Posts: 1614 | | Just keep talking to as many people as you see or want to talk to. Don't think about what you will say and more importantly,don't HESITATE. After a while,you'll get indifferent to rejections.
There is NO other way but approaching like crazy to get over AA.
