So earlier this year I was at the point where I was pretty much unofficially going out with this girl at school. The thing is that I wanted to make it official but she never would do it always coming up with excuses such as I'm her Bff, and how she could and would never go out with anyone cause she is leaving soon. So later on down the line she starts talking with this other dude. I get really AFC'd and jealous cause it really started to seem like she liked him. Eventually she started dodging me for him and then tell me they're in a relationship AFTER she told me she would never do it. Ironically a week later it fell apart (I was laughing). Anyway she came back to talk to me i guess and I asked her why she didn't wanna go with me after she admitted she did like me. She said that going out with me would lead to the possibility of falling in love. While going out with the other dude wasn't light-hearted. So my question to you is... "Is this bullshit or do you think this is real?" Does this sound like a genuine answer or a fake one just to keep me stringing along? Even after all this should I fully cut her off i.e. remove from facebook etc? SN: in the past when i've done this she would just cotinually text and follow me and eventually i would start talking again. Any advice is appreciated!!

Hos do you define going out? And how long did you know her before that?

I think the; "Afraid of falling in love" is BS.

i like the: "I think you should take some time on your own to figure out what you realy want", and let her go.

We'd know each other for about 6 or so months and we'd already crossed the just friends zone but she just never went public ya know and she always gave excuses why. But then with this other dude she went public and went out so that got me kind of pissed off. So now i'm considering if I should just u know clear her out completely for seeming like she's lying. And I define going out like holding hands, making out, spending late nights alone talking etc to each other and also like constantly talking to each other through out the day oh yeah we said I love you a lot... Like i said she just never wanted to go official but with this other dude it became something different. And then she dropped that she didn't wanna go out with me because I'm her bff and doing so would require her to fall in love and she's not ready for that. It does sound like bs.
