Yo!

This is a particular question. How do I approach, well a poor choice of words maybe, lol, or game a girl in an elevator. The Time constraint here is massive, since it takes maybe 10-15 seconds for the elvator to arrive at its location and you and the woman do not get off on the same building level.

What would be some good strategies?

Just get off the same level as her even if it you are BS-ing!

Doesn't it make you wish for the elevator to get stuck and.....

yeah sure, but it seems it only happens in the movies

i live in a huge ass building, and to get to my house i always take the elavator..
the first thing i try to do when a girl is taking it with me is i try to find something that i think is cool, or something that we both have in common.
for example, i did this last time...
saw this girl with a soccer team shirt on.
i said
" hey everything else looks pretty good on you, except for that shirt, you guys lost the last game and bla bla bla "

they always smile and talk back, trying to deffend their teams

i once number closed a girl in the elavator in a quick 10 sec, no kidding!

Exactly, I agree, the best way to open in this type of situations is to be observational, you can use anything, from clothing/hair/mobiles even nails, make up...

I use the phones more often

Perfect Opener imo in an elevator, would be at the ground floor.

Sit silently in the elevator, then turn your nose up, and start sniffing the air. Turn to her:

"Did you fart?"
She will undoubtedly deny it.
"I don't know if you know the landmark supreme court case of 'Denied It' vs. 'Supplied It', but you have just assumed guilt."
Laugh is guaranteed here, I'm certain of it. From here you've opened, and broken the ice: you have a precious few seconds to try and continue your game (I wouldn't recommend it.): I would give her a cute nickname here. The chances are good this girl either is in your apartment building or works in your building, so you see her a few times a week. You've opened her -- she knows you now. From now on, you can refer to her by her nickname (a throwback to your original opening so she remembers you.), and you can steadily feel comfortable talking to her about other things, and not panick about opening with something new every time you see her.
