So I've been talking to this new chick who had actually approached me with a " I like you line" I didn't like her at first and was kinda pushing her away then I finally gave her a shot and she turns out to be a cool chick.

She felt like I had been playing games with her so she flaked on me our first couple hang out dates. Finally we chill she comes and I kiss her from the start, 5 mins into her talking. We had a great time in which she left me a voice mail stating she missed me later on in the day.

Everything was great I saw her at work we had lunch together an made out in the stairwell. I tell her to come see me the next day; she agrees then doesn't answer my calls or text the next day. WTF? She told me she had be having trouble with her mom and she stressed but idk..

I texted her today " hey punk I hate to chase but I miss you Yo"( lame I know but she had been very direct with me about her feelings for me so I figured I'd mirror her)

She replys with " whats up"

I don't reply but i call her 3 hours later... No answer

What's next?( we both work together retail at a large store).

-never say i miss you (less your in a LTR-long term relationship)
-if you got plans and wanna know if shes following up, only text/call once! more than that can make you appear real needy.
-dont call her or text her if she doesnt reply to your previous text. again it can make you appear needy. trust me on this. girls are always busy anyways.

I would go about saving things this way:
you:"hey trouble. what you up too?"
her: "hey. nm. u?
you:"haha nm. you wont believe what happend to me today. lets just say it involved work, vodka, mall and a penguin. haha. anywho. what u doin this week. i might have a few hours to spare:) [here your pretty much making it so you can hangout with her, without asking her. she'll then tell you when you both can]
her: haha i gotta hear this. im free around blah blah though
you: awesome. we'll do lunch/movie/whatev. ill pick you up round (time) wear somethin cute.

This strikes me as a classic case of Buyer's Remorse -- I've noticed that in all the encounters you've had thus far you've pumped up buying temperature and been kissing her in every encounter you've had.

If and when you can get her to go out with you again by following Kryptonic's advice, I would recommend playing cold, and being more distant with your kino: as of right now, she thinks that whenever you contact her, you're looking for a kissing buddy. By going out once and not kissing her, you turn her preconceptions on her head, and this hot / cold approach will make you more interesting to her -- you're not like "every other guy" just looking to get in her pants.

You are way over-thinking the issue and setting yourself up for one-its man. Remember, pick up is about how to meet women, so try and make sure this girl isn't the only one in your life! Then you wont give a shit when she does things like not show up when she says she will, or refuse to text you back.

By you getting upset about it, or repeatedly asking/begging for her to come spend time with you, it will make you appear weak and definitely not alpha. If you guys go to school together/work near each other you will see each other anyways. You don't need to see her every day, once a week is plenty so long as your still seeking out other women!!!
