so i called this girl i knew from a class we had a year ago to say hi and left a message, not much else to it
she posted on my wall late that night "Just got your voicemail. I've been crazy busy but hopefully I'll see you out sometime soon!"
I assume she didnt call back cuz it was pretty late but any thoughts on how to proceed? I'm thinkin bout textin her sometime to hang out but not sure how to go from here as i've never done this before.
I'm probly overthinkin it but thanks for any help you can give me!

You don't want to demonstrate neediness so in your case I would wait a few days before contacting her again. Only if you have a strong texting game you could tease her (push/pull) to create comfort and then call her and set up a date.
You: "I am going to X on Y, you should come along" simple as that.
Hb: If She says no don't react like it's a big deal.
Tell her we'll catch up some other day.

I agree with Johnnyhex, you do not want to communicate neediness, but you DO want to start raising her interest level (attraction) because right now she has 'none'. If you do not get this girl interested in you, she will continue to blow you off and send friendly messages on Facebook.

Be flirty, send cocky messages, be thrilling, mysterious, exciting, challenging. These are the traits that women can't do without. These are the traits that will get her into your bed QUICKLY. Hell, if you do it right, the 2 of you won't make it to the front door before her thongs start slipping off. Get into head and send her emotions on a roller coaster ride. She will love you for it.

i actually saw her for a sec the next day, as i was biking to class i zoomed right by, tho we exchanged a quick smile/"hey"
she was wearin these huge sunglasses like a lot of girls wear so i sent this reply back:

"wow you must be some kinda psychic you were lucky enough to run into me the next day...tho I can't be sure if you saw anything with those ginormous shades you were wearin..."
