he still has feelings for?

This is something a lot of people with relationship issues can learn from, this is what stuff can come to no matter how well somebody has treated you.

I got a question from a close friend of mine that

Situation:
She was very attached to him to the point of obsession, she tried to control him every chance she got. I told him to drop all contact from her and make her marinate in the thoughts that came a long with her wrong doings. After he broke up with her and stopped talking to her for awhile he went against what I said and decided to spend a second night with her, he was happy with her after the first night. The second night things got rough and when he wanted to leave the next morning she physically attacked him. I demanded he cut off all contact from her and cut her out of his life completely.

Now she's traveling to spend time far across the country and sent him a heartfelt apology e-mail the day before his birthday that even I felt (this girl is a talented writer apparently). He's wondering if he should respond and all I told him was "Hindsight is 20/20". I know he still has feelings for her and although the girl has mental health issues

I'm hesitant to answer because I don't want to be held accountable for him losing a connection with someone who did a lot for him and he still has feelings for. I also don't want her to attempt to manipulate his feelings any further.[/b]

From my point of view, he has two options.

a) He tell her to stay away, she blown her chance. He probably don't feel like it, if he has feelings for her. He will have no more drama with her though.

b) He responds to the email, and tells her if she wants to stay in his life, she needs to obey some rules.. Like he's not her marionet, if she attacks him once more it's all over and so. I think you catch my drift.

If he just responds to her email, without setting some basic rules it will just return to normal and he will get loads of drama.

Bitch is actin' crazy in shit. She actually attacked him? That's the end of the line IMO; whether it be to me personally or someone else I was giving someone advice to. No second chances after that psychotic shit.

I agree, but emotions is one of the biggest factors when we make decisions. But he also needs to be consequent with her, if she fucks up once more, then she don't deserve him.
