This girl at the mall was totally picking up what I was putting down however even when she was asking me all kinds of questions I was feeling the need to leave. Not because of anxiety or anything like that. I think I've just been in a hurry for two long now. I've had two many Irons on the fire and so I'm use to rushing from one thing to another. Any one have advice for that? I've thought about just sitting down on a park bench and telling myself "OK you are going to sit here for one hour and not get up!" to try and slow down but its too cold for that right now. I may see some pidgins in my near future...

I work from 6am - 730pm, I practice Jiu-Jitsu from 8-1030 M-TH. On the weekend I work my PUA (as you know). Meanwhile I am building my own business and maintaining my lifestyle. Life is hard and anyone worth their salt has too many irons on the fire. The one thing that gets me through all of it is my meditation practice. at 12p everyday I take 30 minutes and everyone knows not to fuck with me at that point. I started with breathing meditation (the same one the buddha used).
Breath deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth. Relax the muscles in your body. Now start focusing all of your attention on the space between inhalation and exhalation. That shit is the bomb and has kept me from killing everyone. _________________ You can't forget about me, stupid. Everywhere I go ima have my own theme music.
