Backstory I returned to school after taking a semester to work. When I returned I K closed one girl and F closed another. Both girls are friends and I have been freinds with both of them for about 2 years now.

I want to try and get a regular thing going with one or both of them but I don't know how to approach it, any suggestions?

So play it in the middle.

If you go too deep into comfort & rapport with her,she'd be expecting more committment thus a relationship.

If you dont agree to the LTR,she will opt out.

You can string her along with the promise of an LTR.But that isnt too moral.

So just play it in the middle.

And dont verbalize it neither(unless you know the type of girl she is).

Telling the girl you're looking for something regular will scare her if she's the non-committal type(fling type).

It all comes down to how you frame it from the get-go.

THanks for the imput man. TO clarify I am looking for a fb outta them. So I will do what you said and try to play it down the middle but that is going to be a thin razor to tread, espically because this is the first time I've been in a situation like this (still an rAFC) So hopefully I can play it right.

If your completely sure you only want her as a fuck buddy, you need to keep the frame sexual and not let her get too attached, you should be open about sex with her when texting or emailing. if she says something like 'you only want me for sex' then she's wanting more, and you shouldnt give her false hope it will only hurt her.
basically skip the comfort phases and go straight to caveman on her, and when she wants it she'll be coming to you for her regular dosage of sex.
