honestly bro, you don't want a girl that cares nothing about your looks. That would only mean she takes poor care of hers. Im talking grooming and fashion; not so much physical features. As long as you have all of your teeth and you stay showered with a decent haircut you should be fine.

And pretty much everygirl who would be classified as "hot" by social terms are gonna care about looks.
