Been on 3 dates with this girl. Made out for quite a while on the last date; no bang. 4th date is set for a few days before V-day. She is an alternative, kind of indie rock chick, so on one level I can imagine her laughing at the idea of a Valentine's day date. At the same time, I see some quite girly, traditional traits in her. Of the options I have, she is certainly my favorite girl. So...

This may be the gayest thread I have started, but I'm clueless about this. For a situation like this where it's pretty new, what do you do? Send a v-day text? Ask her out for that night? Do nothing? Something seems wrong about the last choice.

I've got an idea.

Do the best of both worlds.

Both:

1. Get her something for Valentines Day

and

2. Make light of and mock the day a little bit

Do something both nice and sort of funny in a mocking way of the day. You will get credit for thinking of her and also get credit for not being too afc or needy.

leave it then mate. If she's saying this, shes got it in her head she doesnt want you. When we both know she really does want something. Play it cool. Valentines day is for AFC's full stop. Dont allow her to think you're thinking of her solely on this day. I wouldnt even txt her. Leave it till the next day and carry on playing the game. DHV as much as possible. She will probs be expecting you to do something on valentines day, but a PUA doesnt do the mundane standard thing. Just carry on your game like valentines day doesnt exist
