There is another girl in one of my classes who I would like to try and game. I happened to randomly turn around the other day in the middle of class and noticed her staring directly at me with a big smile on her face. I'm not entirely sure why, but it was unexpected and I was surprised at how pretty she was when she smiles. She usually wears a frown. It was like witnessing a beautiful butterfly spawn from a cacoon. Now, i'm intrigued by her.

I was going to try and talk to her after class that day, but she left before I could.

I want to use the following opener routine that was recommended to me:

Me: "You know i'm mad at you."
Her: "What? Why?"
Me: "We've been in this class together for a while now and you haven't said hi to me yet."

I would like to do it at the beginning of class, but it's always so quiet in the classroom. No one talks. Everyone would be able to hear our dialogue and I feel that would make things awkward for both of us.

I was also wondering, do you think it would be be too forward for me to sit beside her if I do try to open her at the beginning of the class?

My other alternative is to just wait until after class to approach her.

How would you recommend going about this?

Also, suggestions about where to go with the pickup following my opener would be appreciated.

Drop the "mad at you" routine.. Lame

Just make small talk in class, make a small joke... " so, do you wanna carry my books wen class is over " if done correct she'll laugh and probaly suggest you carry her books that's wen you say " you'll be lucky if I walk with you".. Something like that should do it. Then you should be able to walk her halfway to her next class. Note the halfway. Your a busy guy.. Peace

I don't know how comfortable you are in class, but check this out...

I am a collage student as well. I display my alpha-ness in class my participating. But, the mix of participation needs to be a careful blend of sarcasm and quality participation (answering and asking questions). You need the teacher to be on your side for grading and playing into your dominance.

Because of your participation, you will look like you are fun and smart about the course subject, which will provide a perfect opportunity to set up a "study date", and we all know that no one studies on a study date.

So, to make this happen. Sit near your girl (assuming that you don't have assigned seats), make jokes and flirt during class and participate at the same time. Run the room. Neg the teacher. Constructively contest other students. Don't be afraid to look stupid. Be creative. Have fun!

Warning: Be very careful to to make anyone look bad. That will be an instant status kill, especially since you will be the center of attention. Being a jerk will not soon be forgotten.

I have had several distressful pick-ups, friendships created, etc. through owning the classroom.
