First of all I'm new to this forum and also new to the game.
I've been a Beta guy for a long time, sometimes I've took the place of Alpha but it didn't last long.
So I thought maybe it's my behaviour like I'm being too nice to everyone.
What should I change? How to change it?
Thank you :)

Continue be nice to everyone, being a schmuck doesn't make you alpha.
But have confidence in everything you do, speak loudly, and act as if you're the most important person in the room.
Never insult, especially not women. Be nice, gentle, but be direct.
Walk up to them and tell them that they're beautiful, and keep eyecontact all the time.

This is the best resource I know of on the Alpha-Beta paradigm:

http://roissy.wordpress.com

Granted, Roissy may be a little extreme in some of his views and actions, but I can tell you, for the most part, he's got it spot-on. Take what you can learn from him and apply it in the way that suits you best. The biggest lesson I've learned from this blog is that women crave a man of higher status than themselves. Men who cave in to a woman's every demand, who treat women like they should be on a pedestal somewhere, are your classic betas.

I always look in the eyes while talking and when someone else talks to me i usually dont look in the eyes all the time, maybe for a split second so he\she would know that i'm still listening.
I usually speak loudly,i'm walking straight\head doesn't look down.
Anyway, my natural walk is a lil' bit faster then everyone else. Should I change that and walk regulary or maybe even slower so I would look like calmed person?
Another thing is I'm usually C&F,I'm throwing jokes (at people too when they deserve...I hate idiotism) but sometimes i'm just running out of things to say. What should I do in this situation? (Because usually after this situation the 'Alpha role' goes forward to another guy).
Sometimes there is another problem - the set is talking about things and topics which i dont belong to\I haven't heard of it (something that maybe happend outside sometime or so). What should I do in this situation?
And of course,is there anything more I should do except of the things I've sayed?
