Tonight my sister is having friends over 3 cute girls 2 are twins about hb rated 4 and one rated 8. So they hang in living room and are talking and watching movies, how can I pick one up. I have the approach down and talking isn't a problem but what do i say how can i start getting them turned on by me.

haha go for the 8. It's gonna be hard while they are watching a movie because any attempt at interaction will most likely perceived as rude. Maybe you can convince them to turn off the movie and play a game of Naked Crisco Twister lol!

Talk to the HB4 first let the HB8 get jealous first and let her stir some jealousy. Then neg her if she butts in or say " Aww she's not as cool as you". Then extract her.
