Being totally honest - especially when it comes to telling women I find them attractive and I'm hitting on them, has literally multiplied my results tenfold!

Again, it was mentioned that you don't have to pour out your entire life story - leaving open threads, making a few jokes and generally generating INTEREST in yourself without SPAM too much information is a useful thing to do. But LYING? Totally counterproductive and unnecessary.
Simple and perfect like most of your posts. Deception is generally regarded as an indication of low character by all human beings.

I am happy today, I managed to open 10 people today and got them to say hey back and even a conversation with some. Not as nervous now. Got a question then about misdirect, if for some god only knows reason that a girl asks "ever had a Girlfriend?" I know its a shit test but how should I respond to it? I don't want to lie, but "Depends on how you define girlfriend -> cut thread" I don't know if that would work...

in the second of my two examples I told the complete truth, i just put it in a different light. "going to school" which i am and "exploring my options" which is looking for a job are both completely true. Better than flat out saying "i'm unemployed" which women tend not to go for those type of guys.

I am actually a horrible liar so i don't lie, i will misdirect without a moments hesitation though.

Cool man those are good responses. I am going to try opening another 10 sets tomorrow and for the rest of this week. Then next week I am going to see if I can get a 2-5 minute convo without boring them or leaving on an awkward note, I need to improve my social awareness so I thought this would be good.

Thanks again everyone for all the advice. I have been able to open people lost my AA almost completley, but have to find a way to keep the convo interesting and avoid coming off as scary.
