It depends on what you mean by "does it work". What do you expect it to do? If you think it will <a href="http://www.attractwomen.org">attract women</a> to you, no, it will not do that. You have to do that. Follow some of the good advice on this forum and you will.

What a "good" pheromone will actually do is this:

You attract the woman with your game, she gets close to you, smells the pheromones and her attraction that's already there goes up, a little.

A lot of times wearing a slight bit of women's perfume will do just as well, if not better.

pheromones do work but not in the way you think. while they do attract women to you there's a catch.. biologically, different women are attracted to different types of pheromones. You emit natural pheromones but when you wear cologne and those specialty pheromone sprays it actually can turn women away if it's too strong. Generally what i'd stick to is find a cologne with a built in aphrodisiac as that will do much more than just a pheromone spray.

honestly those things are a waste of money... i generally don't even wear cologne and it's never been an issue
