However, I've started to think she's getting a little cold on me, as I see her go online and offline kind of fast sometimes. On the other hand, I haven't talked to her to her for any more than a week, so I might be paranoid.

I've wanted to chat with her and build comfort before properly asking her to do something (or asking for her number), so I've avoided sending her any messages on fb and have instead just been waiting for her to be on.

My question is, what should I do? How do I know if she's gone cold on me or if it's my imagination? What should I say to her to find this out? Also, how long should we chat online before I ask her out? What should be my general way to approach this?
