Approaching and attracting women can be a daunting task. Hot and sweaty women who are usually non-receptive to game because of their workouts. Any advice on approaching and attracting women at the gym?

I normally wait until they go into the sauna, you can implement a FTC when your in there as well by saying "it is getting to hot in here" (a little C&F)

Does no one have anything for this... It sounds like it may be time to experiment.

Just fucking open. The gym is just any other place. How would you open in a cafe?

If you prefer going indirect then go for it, but she's probably in the middle of a workout and busy, so it would be a good idea to get some rapport quickly and then state your intentions within 3-5 minutes.

For this reason, as with any daygame situation, I would go direct. Worried you might see her again and it would be "awkward?" Actually it won't be if you don't make it so. If you do see it again, just chat to her like a friend. 99% of women admire the confidence and honesty of a direct approach and will respect you. They will be perfectly happy to politely decline your initial approach and still be friends with you (or at least polite to you thereafter!)

If you search around a bit you will see more info on this. IIRC Roz (a girl) even posted a few guidlines and a few situations that worked on her at the gym.

Ask her some question about how to use some machine or how to do some exercise. Or if she is doing something wrong, go tell her she is doing it wrong and give her advice on how to do it right. And go on from there.

The obstacle in this scenario is that when women are in the gym. They usually just want to work out and not be bothered. There are exceptions though everyone's seen those girls who show up decked out with full make-up on to run... lol.

I agree with BlondGuy. Confidence is the most attractive feature you can possess. If you have the balls to approach. Hold a reasonably interesting quick conversation with a girl in the gym. You'll have success when it times to number close. Even if you don't pull a number you dared to do what others cannot.

I go to my college gym which is always teeming with hotties. However 90% of them ALWAYS have headphones and ipods and are tuned into their own little world. So that can be an obstacle right there. Often if you interrupt them or break into that little zone of theirs they can get defensive. However indirect openers like asking how to use a machine or waving to her and telling her you think she has something in her hair or she's doing something wrong may work. It all depends on the particular girl of course. I've never tried gym game mostly because of the headphones plus I'm trying to do my own workout.

Headphones don't mean SHIT. EVERY single time I've opened a girl with headphones on, she just takes them out as I'm talking and I get exactly the same reaction as if she hadn't been wearing them.
