So I have known this girl at work for like a 3 months. We are usually always flirting with each other everyday and there is always a lot of positive kino involved. However, we have never hung out outside of work. I've never really pursued her since I was already busy with other girls at the time.

So my question is how can I transfer a relationship like this to more then just work flirting? Kind of weird for me and knowing a chick that long then all of a sudden pursuing her. Something about it seems odd/awkward to me personally. I'm used to quickly escalating things once I meet someone so I don't have experience with this situation.

Any suggestions?

I suggest you to create a situation where you both can have a conversation out of the work

For example, you can go home exactly at the same time as her, and offer a drive, or go lunch at the same time, and ask her to come with you, take a minute to smoke at the same time...

Make it look like a coincidence, progress with your game, find somethig that you both enjoy doing out of the work, or some topic that you would like to discuss further, and go for the number!

Obs.: Picking up girls at work can lead you to serious problems x)
