I'm going to a second date. I got the impression that the girl likes me, but there was no kissing on the first date.

I have tried Myster's kiss closer but asking for the permission feels sometimes not the best approach. I also found this:

Any other suggestions for a kiss closer?

Take a look at gambler's stealth seduction. It's at the bottom of the main PUA forum page. It basically breaks down how to subtly escalate with kino until you've really built up a lot of sexual tension. While building this tension up, you can be up tight against your girl, in good position for a k-close. Once you're in the position (AKA inches from your lips touching hers), it probably won't matter what you say to initiate the close. I'm not a genius with this, but I've tried it on my girl and it worked. Hope it helps!

If a girl wants to go on a second date, then there is a 99% chance you aren't going to get shot down if you are going for a kiss. Obviously she is attracted to you if she's willing to invest her time on a second date. Just go for it.

Don't plan a kiss, it will just make it awkward cuz she CAN TELL when it's coming.
Just go out there, have fun, and dont sweat over it, moment will come and it just happen. The difference between PUAs and AFCs is that they have what it takes to take action when that moment come, AFCs is just pussy out and cant do it.

Old triangular gazing + smile is best. Not only creates the tension but also allows you to check if she's ready. While performing just look for any sign of acceptance: she looks down or at your lips, gets a little bit closer, smiles subtly... Don't go if she's looking right and left nervously, looking away or draws aside. You will feel it.

I disagree - it also can be because she just likes you as a friend. And not more than a friend too. I got girls asking me going out just to get a drink - the 2 of us. I didn't have any sexual tension with them in the beginning and I don't want it either.

Eventhough I had sexual tension with some girls - doesn't mean the tension is still there. It can always be just a thing just to have a drink to know eachother. Some girls are prolly gonna be like really LRM towards you too. So don't like go on a 99% - rather say it's more of an 80%..

The less elaborate the better. Triangular gazing is my favourite.

The important things are:

Don't ask if you can kiss her

Don't go 100% of the way into the kiss - make her go that last bit so she kisses you

If she refuses, don't react, just keep talking and try again later. Most of the time if she doesn't want to, it probably means "not yet." If you act like a twat and say things like "I thought you liked me boo hoo" then you GUARANTEE she'll never want to see you again.
