i have met a few girls, hot girls who are very shy and seem like they are shut ins until i talk to them more then once. then they open up to me
i dont know exactly what you fully mean by shut ins, but if you get to know a girl no matter what, ask questions just try and make comfort no direct attraction they will open up more
