hey guys. so here's my field report.

last Thursday was my brothers goodbye party at one of the hottest clubs in Bogota, its called Andrés DC. if u ever come to Colombia, thats the place to pick up, its huge, several floors so if u messed up u can just go to another floor n dont feel down for your failure.

anyway, we went with all of my brothers friends to this place, but they all kinda old. so right when we entered, this amazing colombian girl, natural blondie (kinda rare here) was in the bar, asking for a drink. n my brother passed by, n she gave him THE nastiest look, turn around, and got back to her friends. i thought to myself, here's another girl with her bitch shield on.

so as the night went by, i started noticing that she's staring at me now n then. so i kept my eye contact with her for a while, till she isolated herself from her friend. Here's my week point on picking up, the open. people in colombia are raised to talk only to friends of friends, and thats how people meet here, so breaking thar barrier for me has been kinda harsh.

anyway, when i saw that she went to the bar again by herself, i decided to open her. with the biggest smile on my face, what i said was:

me: hey, so, ur just gonna stare at me the whole night, n not talk to me, or ask me to dance or anything??? (with disappointment look on my face)

her: well i was just looking at u because u wouldnt stop, im not that easy to intimidate.

me: jajajaja n u have a big ego on yourself too... too bad ur just too shy... (smile, and walk away torwards the toilet)


anyway, i went back to my friends that were really close to her friends. and inmediately went back to talk to her. she asked why i left, n afterwars she asked for my BB pin. i met her friends, perfect AMOG them being friendly, they ended up liking me.


she's asking me out non-stop since then, n yesterday i went to a karaokee night, at her place with a friend. here's the catch and didnt know what to do. there where just one girlfriend, and 2 other guys. so i wanted to close the deal with a kiss, but isolating her was really hard, cause i didnt had much time, i was there for bout 2 hours. so im affraid i might get into the friend zone.

how should i act for now on...

I love Colombia and had a blast in Cartagena when i was there. I find it funny though what you mention about the girls only talking to friends or friend of friends cause i found it the opposite.

Girls were so easy to approach there and all were open to being approached and talked too they didnt have the whole attitude of "dont talk to me" like you find in some girls in the states.

hey, there are several explanations for that, people from the cost of colombia r really lay back, very different from the girls of bogota. second, Cartagena is like the vegas of colombia without gambling, everybody goes there to party n hook up.
And third Colombian girls love foreigners, they dont see any danger in talking to them, with locals they r a lil bit more careful. anyway, i still think its an excuse for guys here not to approach, what i was saying is that its harder for guys to let go that stigmata.

any advice on how to handle the situation now?

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! basically only call her if need a booty call, otherwise your better off with another girl. Cause it sounds like she is trying to make you jealous or some other stupid shit. Think about it; asks you out, then has two "guy friends" come over. She wants to make you work for her. Not worth your time, unless she is a bootycall girl.

hey there. well i think its a matter of perspective, im really tired of the easy girl who give's herself after a few routines and a big smile, for me that kindda girls r the one for a booty call. the ones who r hard to get, and dont stand my shit and challenges me, and take me out of my comfort zone are the worth playing...

anyway, ill be going out to a club with some of her girlfirend ann a couple of my friends. i'll report what happens, but for what i've sensed from the txting, she's already made up her mind.
