Long story short: Met a girl through a friend. We mainly just hung out with groups of friends and had fun and blah blah blah. Finally I texted her one day and asked if she wanted to grab some ice cream and chill by ourselves for once. She's a single mom so she brought her kid too and we all had fun. A month goes by and we talk on IM every day (while she's at work) and I go to her apartment at night. We cuddle, and watch movies, and play games and a TON of AFC stuff. I never made a move because I was a wuss.

Finally, I became super clingy and wanted more but wouldn't make a move and this turned her completely off and then she stopped texting me and I kept texting her (AFC ugh!) and it went for about a month of me texting her without a response.

Anyway, it's been about 2 years since that happened. I saw her today at the friends house and she was super friendly and we all got along and I started to remember why I liked her in the first place. We just have a natural connection - were both sarcastic and witty and a little annoying. She definitely liked me back then I was just too much of a wuss. Anyway, she was kinda into me tonight. Not a ton, but a few IOI's here and there.

Tonight, I kept asking her to do stuff for me. And it seemed to make her more interested... I asked the other friend to get me some water 3 times at different times. The girl I'm interested in got up and then asked if I wanted some water! Weird I thought. She doesn't usually do that. I said yes and she brought me some. A couple hours later I asked my other friend for water again and the girl i'm interested in said "no, I already got you one. We only get people a drink once per tonight. The rest they need to get up and get". At the end of the night the girl i'm interested in went out to warm up her car, so I asked her to start my car while she was at it. She laughed and joked a bit and said no. I said "come on!" and she still said no.

My question is, how do I go about gaming her? She used to say things in the past that we wouldn't work because I never made her work for anything and I was too nice. How do I show her that I am no longer this way without being an ass?

BTW, she also works at the court and I was asking her questions about some court things I need done and she was giving me a bunch of info and even texted it to me. Not sure if that matters but yeah.

wait until you are alone with her.. and say..

"you know something [name] I fancy you"

make it playful, dont be all deep and emotional about it.

I texted her today and asked what time she was working (so I can go in tomorrow and get the court stuff taken care of). She said yes and gave me her hours.

Any thoughts for how to handle tomorrow? Be casual or a little upfront or?
