The other night, i think I took care of the matter fairly well but i would like to know what you think.

Basically. There was a girl that started to drown me and... BORE me in her life story about how shit her life is. (When i compare what she told me to what some of my other friends have been through. Its nothing.) About her lacking friends..Everyone use to mock her... ect. Now she is maybe.. HB7 so i know she is waffling a bit. Anyways. I doubt with it, by giving good feedback but not detailed feedback. Eg. "Things will get better with time." Things like that. Purely because i know if i react to much she will keep talking and i dont want to be her ghey friend haha.

Has anyone else here has had to deal with that. And what did you do?

Generally, I find if the girl is really hot... And she says something like, 'omg I feel so fat.' It would seem to be a shit test. So I generally just change the subject.

That if she's ugly, then I would try to comfort her.

I usually just agree with her, but then give a compliment. Like if she compalins about how bad her hair is frizzing, I'll say "yeah, but I like the highlights"

Found that disagreeing is a sure way to shoot yourself in the foot. It's the standard loser response to say "no, not at all, you look great"
