So she invited me over last night I went to her house messed around but did not go all the way! I do not want to F-close this girl because I know if I do I will lose interest.. Its hard to explain but everytime I like a girl and I F-close her I lose so much interest to the point I ignore them.

I am trying to go out with her get to know her in a deeper level and then F-Close and hopefully that will workout.

Wanting to get to know someone on a deeper level and having something of a relationship in place prior to sex is NOT a dysfunction. Thinking that you "should" fuck every willing chick even though you do not want to, IS a dysfunction.

I'm not a guru but I believe PUA should not be about fucking every chick you can get on top of, but rather developing a skillset where you can determine and pursue your own individual desires and preferences and have the skills needed to accomplish them and not having to settle for whatever just happens to be available.

I think the problem he was refering to was that he loses interest as soon as he fucks the girl...
That, however is not your problem. It's the girl's. If she were interesting enough, then you would be still interested in her after sex.
