I'm 34 years old and have just now decided to seek help and advice from some educated guys. I am a pretty average, kind of nerdy looking guy. It's been over a year since I've even seen a girl naked. When I was younger, I was cheated on by the girl I thought I was going to marry... this absolutely wrecked my confidence and threw me into a downward spiral. It's very embarrassing and I don't like mentioning it but it took me about 7 years to finally get my head straight. Being in very rough shape for that long has me scared absolutely shitless to approach women. I can't explain why. I think it may be that I'm afraid, even petrified of rejection. I will appreciate any advice I can get. Sometimes I really envy the guy who can snag the hot chick from a bar or party. Please help if you can.
