Why am I acting like that? I know I'm not the only one...

Hey guys,

Today I went clubbing with my brother and 2 of his friends, for some reasons I decided to sarge that night but didn't have the balls to do it (at least I admit it) but for some reasons, whenever my brother and his friend go somewhere I have the feeling that I can't be left alone. Whenever he goes somewhere, I follow. I'm trying to have fun by myself but feel uncomfortable being alone for some reasons. Why am I acting like that? Is there any tips you guys have to change this bad habit/attitude?

I'm pretty sure someone is riding on the same boat as me, if you're that type of person and you changed, please help me.

I HAD the same problem, i hated to sit alone.

But 3 weeks ago, i managed to remove it. The way i did was, i went to my favorite bar - with my friends - then after 1 hour, i left them, went to another part of the bar, sat on a chair ALONE and sat there Alone for 1hour. It wasn't that uncomftable, not at all i realized, but especialle not because a couple of girls actually approached me, i guess they were wondering why i was all alone :)

yup bro, the best way to overcome is by doing....spend a day at the mall or another crowded place completely ALONE while you smile and say hi or open to everyone you see

1. Do daygame by yourself so u get used to sarging alone

2. When you go out, walk in the venue already having fun with your friends. Then, scan the room for a set whilst you're in your group, and open the FIRST set you see. When you're with people, it's really easy because you go approach, and then after the interaction you always have the safe haven of your friends if you get blown out. So you're always moving and never standing by yourself looking like a shmuck.
